She had installed a new (and beautiful) oak earlier this year. He was responsible for dealing with the Danish oil - I have many, many times and has always done so dry. Now is the piece of lumber black, shows the penetration of water - a big disappointment. Well, I'm not sure what path to take for things to escalate to.
